Membership  

The Membership of the society shall be open to any person including but not limited to corporate and non-corporate bodies provided they are either engaged or associated with e-governance or in the case of individual has attained the age of majority and is competent to contract and undertake to work for attainment of objects of the society in compliance with rules and regulations as provided herein. The membership shall be considered without discrimination of  religion, caste, color, or creed. The membership shall be allowed  by governing body subject to approval of “Pioneer life members.” 

That in case of reorganization of corporate or non -corporate member the membership shall be transferred to the successor body subject to approval of governing body of the society. The Society at any point of time shall not have more than fifteen life members including present four pioneer life members, Whereas there will be no restriction of numbers on other memberships.   

Refusal to allow membership

    The governing body of the society at its sole discretion may refuse any person from the membership provided opportunity of being heard is provided before such refusal and reasons of refusal have been communicated to such person in writing.  However, decision of Governing Body shall be subject to approval of “Pioneer life members.”  

Classes of Members

There shall be four types of Members:-

          PIONEER LIFE MEMBER

The present four pioneer life members shall be the only pioneer members of the society and they shall not be subject to elections as provided in these presents. However, pioneer life member shall be at liberty to nominate any other person to act on his behalf. 

Life Member 

The Life membership shall be open to all subject to rules and regulations provided in these presents. The life members shall not be subject to the process of election as provided here-in-after but will be at liberty to participate and vote in the election. Life member shall not be allowed to nominate, assign or transfer in any manner, whatsoever may be, the rights, obligations or duties assigned being life member.    

      Principal Member 

Principal Member shall be the member who is admitted as Principal Member subject to rules and regulations of these presents. The principal member shall not be allowed to nominate, assign or transfer in any manner, whatsoever may be, the rights, obligations or duties assigned being life member. The principal member shall be entitled to participate , contest  or vote in the general election of the society. 

      Associate Member 

Associate member shall be the individual who is competent to contract and has attained age of majority and admitted as Associate Member subject to rules and regulations provided in these presents. The Associate member will be entitled to vote but will not have any right to contest the elections of the society.    

Notwithstanding anything contained in these presents, the right of membership , except of “pioneer life members” shall cease    “ God Forbid” on death of individual member.    

         Membership Fees 

a)    The Subscription Enrolment Fee for each category of member will be as follows: 

i)  Life Member           Rs.2,00,000/-

ii) Principal Member:    Rs. 1,00,000/-

iii) Associate Member: Rs.   10,000/- 

b)       Annual Subscription for various categories of members will be as follows: 

 i)   Life Member          Rs.10,000/-

 ii)  Principal Member     Rs.15,000/-

 iii) Associate Member: Rs.2,000/- 

Payment for the annual subscription will be made immediately on enrolment as a member and thereafter on or before 30th April every year. Any member in arrears of dues to the Society shall not be entitled to any rights or privileges.  It is clarified that Annual Subscription shall be charged in full even for part of financial year.
