The Society for Promotion of e-Governance is managed by:

1)      Governing Body

2)      Executive Committee

3)      Advisory committee 

1)      Governing Body  

The Governing Body  consists total seven members consisting two Pioneer life members ,  four life members or pioneer life members and one principal member. The first Governing body is being nominated by Pioneer Life Members and has term of three years. The governing body is the final decision taking authority. All the decisions of the governing body are taken by majority decision and are implemented after approval of pioneer life members. The Governing body is empowered to draft bye-laws, entrust duties, constitute various committees i.e executive , advisory etc for the proper and efficient management of Society.  

2)      Executive Committee         

The governing body shall nominate executive committee which shall take care of day to day affairs of the society as specifically delegated by governing body and shall report to Governing Body. The Executive committee shall consist seven members (except associate member) nominated by governing body and approved by Pioneer life members and tenure of the committee shall be two years only. The governing body shall be at liberty to dissolve the executive committee and reconstitute the same. The executive committee shall report to governing body on the MIS format provided by Governing Body on monthly basis.    

3)    ADVISORY COMMITTEE 

The advisory committee shall be nominated by governing body and    shall       consist seven members of eminent personalities i.e. legislators, bureaucrats ,jurists, e-governance experts. The members of advisory committee need not be a member of society. The governing body shall be at liberty to draft bye- laws for the advisory committee.
